1. Payment and Ordering

1.1  Submitting information to place an order:

The customer is responsible to giving Burnt Blessings accurate information regarding valid address, email address, phone number, and payment method. Burnt Blessings is not responsible for any mis-delivery due to incorrect information submitted by customer.

1.2 Payment

Payment for any order must be made in full in advance at the time the order is placed. All major credit cards are accepted methods of payment.

1.3 Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax will be added to all orders submitted from Idaho. The appropriate sales tax will be applied to your designated province. Import duties ad taxes may be applied to your order upon your country’s customs receiving your order. Due to import fees you are responsible to pay the fees to receive your order.

1.4 Order Change

You will not be able to change your order once it has been place and mailed out to you. The only thing you will be able to change is you address as long as your order has not been shipped.

1.5 Color Match

Due to resolution of phone and computer screen the wood color might slightly change once you have your order in hand.

1.6 Commission Order

Custom made orders are paid in advance before your commission order is started. Artwork will be either sketched or digitally imposed on your selected wood, where you will be able to change or edited until you are satisfied.

1.7 Refunds

Full refunds will be given as long as your artwork has not started.

2. Delivery

​

2.1 Cost of shipping will include any shipping materials needed to ship your artwork safely. All orders will be shipped via USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

2.2 Damages

Burnt Blessings is not responsible for any damages to your artwork due to shipping services.
